Cancellation Policy

MB STUDIO POLICIES & APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies, designed to protect your time, uphold service standards, and ensure a refined client experience. AGE REQUIREMENT MB Studio accepts clients 18+ for independent booking. Clients 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who remains on-site for the entire appointment and provides consent for services. APPOINTMENT PREPARATION Clients are expected to arrive with a clean, makeup-free treatment area, free of oils, heavy skincare, or any residue that may affect service performance or results. CONSULTATIONS & PATCH TESTS Certain semi-permanent makeup services may require consultation to assess suitability, skin compatibility, and desired outcome. Patch tests are required for tint services and may require rescheduling if not completed prior to appointment. PREVIOUS WORK POLICY For safety and quality, services are not performed over previous work from other providers if it compromises results. Lash fills over another artist’s work are not accepted; a removal and full set is required. Additional fees may apply depending on condition and preparation time. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 24–36 hours’ notice is required for changes or cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of deposit. LATE POLICY A 15-minute grace period is provided. After this window, appointments may be canceled unless prior communication is made. Deposits remain non-refundable. DEPOSITS All deposits are required to secure appointments, are non-refundable, and are applied toward the total service balance. RESULTS & AFTERCARE Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare practices. While every service is performed with care and precision, results are not guaranteed. Proper aftercare is required and provided. GUEST POLICY To maintain a calm, focused environment, guests and children are not permitted unless pre-approved. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE MB Studio reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or cancel services if policies are not respected or if the environment becomes unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
