MBSTUDIO POLICIES & APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT
By booking any service, you agree to the following policies. These are in place to protect appointment time, maintain service quality, and ensure a professional experience for all clients.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Clients must arrive clean and fully prepared for their service. The treatment area must be free of makeup, oils, heavy skincare, or any residue that may affect results.

CONSULTATIONS
(Semi-Permanent Makeup) A consultation may be required prior to semi-permanent makeup services to confirm suitability, skin compatibility, desired results, and safety.

PATCH TEST
(Tint Services) A patch test is required for brow and lash tint services. Appointments may be rescheduled if not completed when required.

PREVIOUS WORK POLICY
Services are not performed over work completed by other providers when it may compromise safety, quality, or results. Clients with existing work may be required to book a removal or corrective service if needed. For lash services specifically, I do not perform fills over work done by other lash artists. A removal and full set is required. Additional fees may apply depending on the condition of existing work and the time required for proper removal or preparation.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
All changes must be made 24–36 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

LATE POLICY
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment is canceled unless prior communication is made. Deposit is non-refundable.

DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to your total service cost.

SERVICE RESULTS
Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and natural factors. While every service is performed with care and precision, results are not guaranteed. Proper aftercare is required.

AFTERCARE
Aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment. Clients are responsible for following all instructions to maintain results and longevity.

GUESTS No additional guests or children are allowed unless pre-approved.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Services may be refused, canceled, or ended if policies are not respected or if the environment becomes unsafe, disruptive, or hostile. Deposits remain non-refundable.

VIP Membership Magnified Beauty VIP Club – Membership Policy
The VIP Club discount of $10 off applies exclusively to lash extension services (full sets and fills). This discount does not apply to lash lift services (Boho Babe) or cluster lash services (Superstar). Standard pricing applies to these services. Additionally, VIP members receive 10% off all other beauty services priced $30 and up. (Services under $30 are excluded from this discount.) VIP Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment from the date of enrollment. After the initial 3 months, membership may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Membership benefits are active only while the subscription remains in good standing.

After the first 3 months, membership may be canceled anytime before the next billing date. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Benefits are active only while the subscription remains active and in good standing.

 

E-Gift Card Terms

E-gift cards are delivered electronically and are valid for 6 months from purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used toward services or products at Magnified Beauty Studio. Not responsible for lost or stolen codes. Expired balances will not be extended or reissued.
